Within the portal, patients can do the following:
View or change your contact and insurance information
Sign yearly consents and notices
View your upcoming appointments
View lab results and lab orders
View account balances/statement
Use the secure messages system to communicate with your provider
View and update your medications/supplements and also request refills
View or update your allergies and intolerances
View and update basic vitals like blood pressure and weight
Designate a preferred pharmacy
Please note, within this new system, we will be changing our appointment reminder process. Once you schedule an appointment at BEMC, you will get an email stating you have a scheduled appointment at BEMC.There will be a second email that goes out two weeks prior to your appointment. Within this email,there will be an appointment confirmation link within the body of the email. We encourage all our patients to use this feature, as it will cut down on the number of calls you receive from us. Lastly, there will be a text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Our appointment cancellation policy will remain the same, we do require at least two business days to cancel an appointment without penalty. Patients will be receiving an email from BEMC to register within the next week. If you do not receive the email, or are having trouble logging in, please call our office to verify we have the correct demographic information on file for you.
