Sometimes it feels like we have so much to worry about in our lives - healthy food, clean water, natural disasters, nuclear threat! The list goes on and on. As an integrative healthcare provider, I worry about all of those things and more. The latest worry on my radar is electromagnetic radiation or EMRs (no pun intended). Several weeks ago, I was listening to a lecture by Dr. Klinghardt and he stated that "our electromagnetic exposure has gone up 30 million times since 1995." This statistic feels alarming primarily because it parallels the increase in many chronic and deadly diseases - cancer, heart disease, autism, etc, etc. Now I realize there are many other environmental concerns that could be influencing this negative health trend - pesticide/herbicide use, toxic industrial pollutants, big food industry, however I think the topic of electromagnetic radiation is worth our attention.
It is important to remember that we are energetic beings that can be impacted greatly by the energy around us. Dr. Klinghardt has spent a lot of time researching this topic and if you are interested in learning more, consider listening to his YouTube video - link below. I've recently taken the step of placing an EMR blocker on my cell phone and am going to keep learning about changes I can make to protect myself from EMRs. As patients and friends of BEMC I encourage you to come on a learning journey with me and start to assess your own energy fields and environments to determine if you are being insulted with too much electromagnet energy.
